Daycare FAQ's
You get to pick your schedule in terms of the time you come but it is a Monday through Friday program. You can do 8am-12pm, 9am-1pm, 10am-2pm or 11am-3pm. The times do not have to be the same for each day of the week but once you come up with your chosen schedule, you do have to keep that schedule for the entire month. At the end of the month, you can adjust your hours for the following month.
Unfortunately, child care licensing dictates that drop-offs at Timeless Play must be limited to four hours or less.
Families pay up front for the entire month to secure this deeply discounted pricing. Monthly “tuition” varies from month to month depending on how many program weeks there are in that month. Daycare programming is not available during select weeks of the year (Fall Break, Spring Break, etc.) so in October for example, monthly tuition is based on approx. 3 weeks instead of 4. Daycare program enrollees may still attend during these school break weeks but regular pricing would apply.

Yes! We offer this program at our Foothills (River and Campbell) and Oro Valley locations (within the OV Marketplace.)
No! This program is month-to-month and you can cancel at any time. However, once you have paid your monthly tuition and secured your spot for the following month, that tuition is not refundable. You will not have to renew your enrollment in the future, however. Just let us know in writing when you want to disenroll.
Parents are required to pack their child’s lunch and snacks. If you forget, don’t worry! We do have some snacks available for purchase. It’s important to note that all snacks brought into the center must adhere to the following guidelines:
Clean: Please avoid sending snacks/meals that are messy, sticky, or can easily stain.
Easy: Ensure that the snacks and meals are ready-to-eat, finger-food type items, or food pouches that children can open and consume without the need for utensils or additional assistance (such as peeling an orange).
Safe: Timeless Play is a strictly nut-free facility. Do not send your child with any food item that contains nuts or traces of nuts. If an unapproved item of food arrives with a child, it will be discarded and an alternative snack will be provided. Additionally, avoid highly chokeable food items, including popcorn, whole grapes, nuts, hotdogs, apples, raw carrots, or hard candy/gum.
Because children are only at our center for a brief time (no more than 4 hours) and are coming and going at different times, we do not have a designated nap time. However, we do have nap mats available for kids that need to rest and a quiet room that we use when kids are feeling over stimulated or needing a break from the play experience.
Our curriculum is rooted in play-based learning, a philosophy that recognizes the immense value of play in a child’s development. We believe that children learn best through hands-on, interactive experiences that engage their curiosity and creativity. Play-based learning not only fosters cognitive skills but also enhances social, emotional, and physical development. Our curriculum is designed to create a rich and stimulating environment where children of all ages can explore, experiment, and collaborate with their peers. Through various play activities, such as imaginative play, constructive play, and sensory play, we aim to nurture a love for learning and build a solid foundation for future academic success. Our low, 6:1 ratio means that your child will be engaged with one of our Play Experts the entire time and Timeless Play offers preschool aged children the opportunity to practice being a part of a structured environment outside of the home.
We rotate through six unique play centers throughout the day – Let’s Pretend, Let’s Move, Let’s Game, Let’s Wonder, Let’s Create and Let’s Build. Everyday a different activity from each center will be introduced so no day at Timeless Play is ever the same. Our Play Experts are able to turn even an ordinary toy or activity into an extraordinary experience. We also have embedded snack and meal times throughout the day when everyone takes a break from the fun to use the restroom, wash their hands and refuel. We have many regular Play Experts that are at our center everyday so your child is sure to see a familiar face or two and make a new friend.
